SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY
Free Shipping in India for all orders for a limited period of time. COD is not available for all pin-codes.
We ship only within INDIA. Estimated delivery time will be 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery address. Metros may get faster delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the sole right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations. As part of our usual business practice, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. All decisions made us in this regard shall be final.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate an exchange or return, please send your request at within 24 hours of receiving the package to care@smiletribe.com quoting the Order ID. For any assistance, our customer care team is available via Whatsapp Chat on +91 77838 70100. Our office hours are 10.30 – 5.30pm Monday through Friday. Any requests received beyond this timing shall be attended to on the next working day.
Please ensure the garment is unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Kindly retain all original tags and packaging, without which we will not be able to process an exchange / refund.
Once your request is approved, the same will be picked in 1-2 working days by our courier partner. For pincodes where reverse pick up facility is not available, we would request the customer to send us the garment through a reputed courier.
Once the garment is received by us, we will need 48 hours to check it and approve the refund / exchange. Once your return/exchange is approved, you will be provided with store credit. Such store credit has a validity of 2months. This credit cannot be coupled with other codes.
DISCOUNT AND SALES POLICY
We may, from time to time offer promotional codes to our customers, which may be applied to some or all of the products on our website. The terms and conditions of use related to each discount code will be specified at the time of the issue. Only one promotion code can be used per order and sale items may be excluded from such promotions from time to time. Kindly check for the best offer / promotion at the time of placing the order itself – A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
